As well as providing a quality professional painting service, we can fully project manage your building work, including management of other contractors. Our experienced team has worked on factories, apartments, malls, offices, schools and a wide range of other commercial buildings.
We want our work to create minimal disruption to yours, so we can keep you updated with regular progress reports, or you can choose to simply hear from us when the job is done. We can liaise with body corporate members, rental property tenants and contractors to ensure a smooth process, and can arrange for independent sign off by inspectors if required. Our team is happy to develop the specifications for your project or can follow specifications you may already have in place.
Action Painters offers a wide range of services to our commercial clients. We are able to install commercial flooring, such as non-slip, and can repair leaking and ponding issues with your roof, including repairing and resealing with Butynol. Our team has expertise in all aspects of interior and exterior coatings including textured and elastometric coatings. We have experience in corporate reimaging, having worked on a number of large-scale reimaging projects, and also offer free colour consultation (conditions apply). We are available for graffiti guard coatings and graffiti removal, and we can provide a 24-hour response service where needed, for example for hospital, rest home and insurance call outs.
Action Painters has stringent health and safety practices in place, and our tradesmen are trained in abseiling and high building safety practices, ensuring we can safely access elevated and difficult-to-reach areas.
Our tradesmen are all security certified for work where security is an issue, such as banks and hospitals.
